1. For one-sun quid

You put the ink in a plastic bag, tie it tightly (if you can vacuum it, the better), store it in the freezer or freezer; This way can preserve the ink for 6-8 months. Squid can't be stored at room temperature, so please be careful.
2. For dry squid
First, you cover the ink with clean newspaper, put it in a really dry plastic bag, tie it tightly and squeeze all the air out. Put it in a sealed jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator, this helps to minimize the moisture in the ink or the smell of other foods, affecting the taste.
