1. What is the Grain Diet?

The grain diet is a dietary approach in which a serving of whole grains and skim milk is used to replace breakfast and lunch. Dinner will consist of low-calorie foods, fruits, vegetables and lean protein.

2. Cereal cereal diet to lose weight properly

4. Necessary Notes

Choose whole grains without added sugar (although you choose unflavored cereals, they will still contain a certain amount of sugar in some form). You should limit the amount of added sugar to less than 5% of your total calories per day for a smooth weight loss process

This diet is not suitable for people with diabetes-related diseases because grains and milk contain a lot of carbs, which will break down into sugar and provide energy for the body to function. These natural sugars are quite healthy, however they will lead to blood sugar fluctuations in some people.
