In addition, Omega 3 reduces the amount of triglycerides - a substance that, if too much, will be deposited on the walls of blood vessels to create plaque, helping to prevent strokes and heart attacks.

2. How to dry yellow snapper at home

a) Prepare the ingredients

  • Fresh yellow snapper (1kg)
  • Fresh chili (100g)
  • Seasoning: monosodium glutamate, sugar, pepper, salt

b) Processing

Step 1: Yellow snapper is washed and drained. Cut off the head, split the fish in half, remove the backbone and viscera. Then, rub the salt and wash it several times with clean water to remove the fishy smell

Step 2: Marinate the cleaned fish with 100g of ground chili, add a little salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and pepper to taste. You do not need to season too much because when you eat it, you will also dip or process it into dishes that need to be re-seasoned

Step 3: Marinate the fish to absorb the spices for about 30 minutes and then spread the fish evenly on the net, basket, drain and dry in the sun for 1 day. If you want the fish to be drier, you can dry it in 1-2 more sun

Step 4: the finished product is dried yellow scad with a light yellow color, adding a little red chili looks very eye-catching
